Choose the activity before the address package
Check the intended activity’s requirements before selecting office space. A desk, meeting room or mail-handling service may meet a commercial need without establishing that the address is suitable for the proposed registration.

Distinguish Sijili from a virtual-office product
MOIC describes Sijili as a commercial registration for individuals carrying out certain activities without registering an office address. That specific route should not be confused with a provider’s “virtual office” package.
Check current eligibility and the activity conditions before relying on Sijili. This page does not promise that every investor, company form or activity qualifies.

Compare premises using the same checklist
Assess practical needs and contractual inclusions alongside the official activity requirements. Obtain a current written quote instead of relying on the old fixed rent ranges.
- Confirm the actual space, access arrangements and permitted use.
- List rent, deposit, utilities, service charges and any fit-out costs separately.
- Check which documents the provider will supply for the relevant application.
- Review capacity for staff, customers, storage and inspections where relevant.

Check the agreement and registration evidence
Municipalities instructions require lease contracts attached to its service to be registered through the government lease-contract service. Check the applicable process and retain evidence.
A prestigious address or an industrial-zone description does not by itself establish ownership eligibility, customs treatment or operating permission. Verify those questions separately.
